Sastāvdaļas:
- 180 ml piens
- 50 g cukurs
- 8 g sausais raugs
- 20 g sviests
- 3 ēdamkarotes augu eļļa
- 1 olas baltums
- 350 g milti
- Šķipsniņa sāls, vaniļa pēc garšas
Sastāvdaļas krēma pagatavošanai:
- 1 olas dzeltenums
- 250 ml piens
- 40 g cukurs
- Vaniļa
- 20 g kukurūzas ciete
Pagatavošana:
Siltā pienā izšķīdina cukuru un raugu, samaisa.
Pievieno mīkstu sviestu un augu eļļu, samaisa ar putojamo slotiņu līdz iegūst viendabīgu masu.
Sakuļ olas baltumu un pievieno pārējām sastāvdaļām.
Mīklai pievieno izsijātus miltus. Labāk miltus pievienot pa daļām, lai mīkla samaisītos vienmērīgi.
Mīklas bļodu apklāj ar dvieli un novieto siltā vietā uz 1 stundu.
Krēma pagatavošanai sajauc visas vajadzīgās sastāvdaļas un sakuļ ar slotiņu, līdz vienmērīgai masai. Tad masu liek vārīties un nelielas uguns, regulāri maisa, kamēr krēms kļūst biezs. Atdzesē.
Mīklas kārtu izrullē un sagriež to strēmelēs. Katru mīklas strēmeli sarullē kā gliemezi un liek uz cepešpannas, kas apklāta ar cepamo papīru.
Mīklas gliemezīšus apsmērē ar sakultu olas dzeltenumu un pa virsu liek sagatavoto krēmu.
Cep 190 grādu temperatūrā aptuveni 20-25 minūtes.
Bulciņas sanāk ļoti gaisīgas, mīkstas un aromātiskas, ilgi saglabājas svaigas. No mīklas var pagatavot vienu lielu pīrāgu, kuru pirms pasniegšanas sagriež gabaliņos.
